1. What Sổ thuốc is
Sổ thuốc is an app that supports pharmacy owners and people preparing to open a pharmacy: looking up regulations, self-reviewing GPP (Good Pharmacy Practice) compliance, licence expiry reminders, drug lookup based on the database of the Drug Administration of Vietnam, and simple sales / stock records.
2. Information is for reference only
- Legal content, GPP guidance and learning articles do not replace official legal documents, drug package inserts, the opinions of regulatory authorities or the assessment results of the provincial Department of Health.
- GPP self-assessment results in the app are not official inspection results.
- Drug information comes from the public database of the Drug Administration of Vietnam and may be updated with a delay; always check the original source when needed.
- Sổ thuốc does not provide treatment advice, prescribe or recommend the use of any medicine.
- The Operations section is a lightweight record book and does not replace pharmacy management software connected to the national pharmaceutical data network.
3. Accounts
- You can use the app right away. Verify your account with email, Apple or Google to use it long term, back up your data and restore it when you change phones.
- Each email can be verified for only one account; do not use fake, temporary or disposable email addresses.
- You are responsible for keeping the email / Apple / Google account you sign in with secure; do not share verification codes with anyone.
- You can delete your account at any time under Me › Account.
4. Information you provide
- Pharmacy information and verification documents must be truthful. Do not impersonate a pharmacy or another person.
- We may refuse, remove verified status or lock an account if we detect false or fraudulent information.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: use the app for unlawful purposes; deliberately disrupt, scan or attack the system; copy or exploit Sổ thuốc content for commercial purposes without permission; or send spam or abusive content through the feedback feature.
6. Content and ownership
Articles, learning content, images, the interface and the mascot in the app belong to Sổ thuốc or are used lawfully. Legal documents and the public drug database belong to the issuing authorities. The pharmacy data you enter remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
Sổ thuốc is provided "as is". We strive to keep information accurate and the service stable but do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from relying on reference content in the app without checking official documents, or from the loss of data stored only on your device when your account has not been verified for backup.
8. Personal data
The collection and processing of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The effective date is shown at the top of the page; important changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if that fails, they will be settled by the competent authority in accordance with the law.
